She gets in the way when my daughter comes for her dinner or brings the plate back so i cant talk to her. Visitor in home had lice.?

I just got a phone call that a visitor who was in my home yesterday has lice. She was here for a few hours and was in the living room, dining room, kitchen, and office. I have checked my husband's head and my own. We have no sign of anything. I am very sure I have not gotten anything because I had a hair appointment this morning for color and a cut. If something was there, I am sure my hairdresser would have seen it. I also took all slipcovers and tablecloths off and washed them in hot water. We vaced all areas, including the furniture where she had been. I washed the hand towels and rugs from the bathroom that guests use when they are here. I also got all rugs, throw pillows, and our pet beds and bagged them up. I know I should keep things bagged for at least two weeks. Have I done enough to eradicate the lice if they were here? The very thought of it has me itching like crazy. Purely psychological, I am sure. Should I do anything else?

Fill with cushioning material. Press egg half way into this material. With 20 cm depth that's almost 8 inches, so if egg is 3.5" long, half way would be about 2 " leaving almost 6 inches for the egg to drop into the cushioning material before it hits something hard. That should keep it from breaking.

I did not get a stamp either... actually I heard they don't generally give out the stamp immediately either anymore... in my case they told us they are not allowed to tell us if we were approved for the GC, so we had to wait for a letter/email and if approved the card will be in the mail.... and actually the next day I got and email saying i was approved and my gc would be in the mail... and the letter served as enough to allow to show that I was approved if i needed it temporaily... i hope that helps... don't worry... if you think you need the stamp go get an infop appointment and get one, otherwise i think you are fine

Good news! Those symptoms are not the clutch itself (which is an enormous pain to replace) but the hydraulic cylinders that actuate it. You can look for the tell-tale leakage that identifies the bad cylinder; the slave cylinder on the bell housing will be wet under the boot if it is leaking, or there will be fluid dribbling down the inside of the firewall where the clutch push-rod goes through from the pedal if the master cylinder is leaking. The wrecking yard should have those parts, or they are about $100 apiece at auto parts stores. I prefer to change both at the same time but when money is tight it is acceptable to change just the leaky one. Replacing either cylinder and bleeding the system afterward is an easy DIY job.

Volunteer jobs for aspiring art therapist?

I'm interested in finding a volunteer job for the summer, just to have something to keep me on a schedule. Currently, I'm volunteering 3 days a week at a thrift store. I really love working and literally will do anything to make it so someone else doesn't have to do. I'm currently in high school and under 16, so that might put a hamper on my finding something. I would like to do something related to psychology or art. I'm just looking for something that i can do that also has to do with my interests. Why are they telling me not to lose anymore weight?

At 16, I was 135lbs (67.5" tall) and in a size 6/7. During my senior year, I gained 15 lbs from a slow in sports and stress. After graduation, I moved out, got a job, got my house and stopped doing any activities and discovered cheap fast food. My weight jump to 200lbs and then I discovered I was pregnant. Thankfully, I only gained 15lbs and lost all 15lbs at delivery. After a year I had only lost 15 lbs, and then another year went by and I lost another 15 lbs (170lbs). This past winter, my weight went back up to 182. In February, my workplace offered free wellness coaching (not a certified nutritionist FYI) for employees to instill good diet/exercise options. I got every week for about 15 min to talk about my eating/exercise plans. Since then I have lost 30lbs (in 14 weeks) and I'm finally down to 152 (size 10 in jeans from a 14). I still want to lose another 10-12 lbs, but my coach is telling me not to lose anymore and to keep my weight where it is. I'm happy with my success, but I still want to aim just a little lower with my weight. to about 140-145. I have been working really hard to get where I am and I feel like I can do it! What's the problem? I'm thinner, yes, but I just there are still a couple of problem areas (inner thighs and lower back) that I want to work on and lose the fat around them. I have been eating well and exercising about 3-4 days/week. No crash diet or anything. Why do they want me to stop? I don't look sickly or anything. I mean, how can you looks sickly when your 152lbs? Should I not listen and just aim for my ultimate goal or just stay where I am just because she said so?

'01 Tacoma 3.4L; intermittent hard starting problem only when engine is warm.?

At 40k, the dealer replaced an idle air control valve because of the same problem, but it was also accompanied at that time by a warm engine stall problem; if I was at idle when the engine was at temp, sometimes it would stall. It was still under emissions warranty then, so they split cost with me and everything was fine until now; the hard start problem is back. This never happens when it is cold, but after I drive it, shut it off, and restart it, it tries to start but it's like it's having trouble getting fuel or something. If I add accelerator, usually it will start. (this is still an intermittent problem, sometimes it starts fine warm. The stalling problem has not returned, it idles fine. I changed plugs 2 weeks ago. No "check engine" light has ever come on. I hope someone can help me. I have never heard of changing an idle control motor twice in 80k miles (I have about 82K now) Thanks.

Let me explain. Every morning I catch a train on my way to work and have to p through the ticket hall to get from the street to the platform. There are 2 doors which are always open when the ticket office is open and I often find my way through the one leading to the platform blocked by someone. I am always polite and say excuse me, and they seem astonished that someone actually wants to p through the doorway to the platform side. Anyone else have this stomach ailment?

Occasionally (usually in the morning on an empty stomach, but not always) my stomach cramps up in horrendous knots and I double over and dry heave uncontrollably. I like the treated lumber idea at the perimeter of the patio. Attaching to the patio will eventually loosen; the wood perimeter will look good and the pavers are easier to remove if need be. We just stayed in a Nemo room in June ( just bed spread and wall paper border) But - we were in the Martinique section close to the main food court and main pool. This cost the same as a pirate room which is in Trinidad South (the longest walk from the center). For us, we have stayed in Aruba and Martinique and it was worth the extra few dollars. Review a map on line but the resort is over 200 acres and the walk around the lake is 2 miles. This can become important as you tire from the parks (especially we 40's) and maybe have a blister or two. Each resort section is painted a different color, there is an internal shuttle if you end up in Barbados, Jamaica or Aruba but it can be a 20 min wait. Each resort section is nice - wonderful theme but large. Trinidad North and Martinique are the closest to the Port Royal food court and main pool.(each section has a small pool) The extra few dollars per night are worth it to me. Have fun!

hmm i wouldnt suggest using them to make your hair dark brown but if you did dye it dark brown then i would use it so that it wouldnt fade back to dirty blonde. the reason why i wouldnt suggest it is because it says to use it for your existing hair color, so if you did use the brown color, it probably wouldn't last very long and it might just make your dirty brown hair just look plain ol dirty. like part blonde part brown. it will probably turn out a bad color and have a weird tonal color. I would just use a dye like natural instincts because it wont damage your hair too much and it is semi permanent so you can see what your hair will look like dark brown and if you dont like it, it will eventually wash out. there are some other dyes that dont damage too much, like loreal natural match. Check the wiring at the dryer, and if that is good check the connections at the receptacle (with the breaker off). Also make sure that you removed the ground jumper from the center (white) terminal, and connect the ground wire from the cord to a screw on the chis. Tall gr, checkin cows, didn't see it. Well its a 1990 Chevy silverado, shortbed, regular cab, 4.3 liter V6. When I ran it over my truck blew a head gasket. I didn't hit it fast, I was crawling less than 5mph and went over it all the way. Its engine has been rebuilt twice now in 2 years and a new transmission. Basically the thing has been nothing but problems since i've had it, and its had A LOT of work. Some crazy mechanic said it was just my cadillac converter messin up so I took it to my college ag shop and cut it off and had the guys up there look at it and they found the real problem. Question about snowfall in Glacier National Park?

I am planning on driving through Glacier National Park during my road trip this summer. Has there been more than average snowfall there this winter. If so, if I'm going through there in mid-late June, will I run into any serious snow (say more than a few inches)? And can I expect to see snow anywhere else in the Pacific Northwest? Should I give my kitty away?

I have a 2.5 year old (Kira) and a 11 months old (Mocha) kitties. Both female and spayed. I got the second one thinking it would be good company for the older one when I'm at school. But after 7.5 months of trying, they still don't get along. They fight sometimes and only once they did hurt each other (just a small cut, but still). The younger one is fine, but the older one seems unhappy and bothered by the younger one. Also, though not as important, my best friend can no longer come over cause he can't handle his allergies w 2 cats in here. Advice On A Rather Odd, Kind Of Gross Love Triangle?

Okay so my grandpa and grandma both live in the same house, and my grandpa only moved in here recently because his Alzhiemers is increasing in severity and he must be watched all the time. My grandpa barely recognizes my grandma, at first he didn't believe us when we kept telling him she was his wife. We litterally had to show him the wedding photos. Now both grandma and grandpa go to seperate senior centers like, 3 times a week. Turns out, grandpa is currently dating a woman that goes to his senior center. My grandma is furious about this, she calls the woman nothing more than "a gold digger". The "gold digger" woman calls our house constantly. Grandma is taking this out on my mother. Grandma gets angry at my mom for letting grandpa even go to the senior center. But mom doesn't want to stop grandpa from seeing the gold digger because hes very sickly and at a misreable time in his life, but my grandma is jealous and can't see past that. Theres no way we can make both of them happy.

Why does my boyfriends mother suddenly hate me?

My boyfriend and I are both college students, and have known each other since we were babies, even living together, so we are like family but we just started dating last year. His mother always liked me, and when we started dating she and I became closer, going shopping or out to eat together. First of all, his father died when he was 16, and even though his mom and dad were separated, for some reason since then his mother slowly started to pay less attention to her kids. She works nights 3 days a week and instead of being home the rest of the week, she goes out partying or stays the night at her boyfriends. My boyfriend is older and now out of the house, but his little sister is not and I worry about her. His mother is the type to "throw money" at her kids and leave them to fend for themselves. She will put a pair of $300 Dolce and Gabana sungles before taking her kids to the dentist. o bought a snowboard and I put the bindings on it. the are 8 bolt on holes on the fron t and 8 on the back but they are not centered if i measure from the closest hole to the front i get 2 inched more than from the closest hole to the back. This way no matter where I put my bindings my stance will always be shifted 1 inch to the back. Is this bad?

Too many petty theft crimes!!!?

in 2002 i committed and was convicted of a burglary crime. i failed to have it exonerated. on june 2005 i committed a petty theft (misdemeanor) the DA brought back the facts for 2002. then on jan2006 again i a "petty theft with priors", which my PD was able to get me 120 days of week end work release program, i'll be done mid april...like a brain dead human that i am on feb28th of 2007 i repeated this offsence of "petty theft with priors" i was bailed out and courts on march 29th. i have no $$ to retain a private attorney and im in violation of course of my formal probation. this is obviously a compulsive obsesive behavior and it only occurs in stores. its almost like a high, the adrenaline rush but now the consequeces stakes are too scary for me to think about...does anyone have any legal knowledge....besides telling me i need a shrink...by the way i did look up a counseling ctr prior to my court appearance i hope this will be in my favor b-4 the judge and DA........cuffed4lif

I just attended a loud and crowded information fair. I am a confident and social person by nature, but, to my dismay, I started feeling very claustrophobic and nervous. Are you sure that he's been diagnosed as mentally ill? It sounds like you're putting that label on him yourself. You have it backwards by saying that he knows his surroundings because he's psychotic - a person experiencing psychosis does NOT know their surroundings, not to mention that's something only a doctor can diagnose. If he does have a mental health impairment, maybe it's a disability that would explain him having to live with his parents and lacking social skills. There's really not much that can be done.

A credit card messed up and reported me as a non payment for 90 days. This caused me to have a deliquint account and damaged my credit (20 to 40 pts) . READ! Honestly, this is the best way to improve every aspect of your English. It is proven that most people who are well read do better in ALL subject than those who do not read as much. Read anything. Often times when you read for school it isn't something that you are interested in, or if you are, you don't want to do it simply because it is homework (I love to read and I am the same way). Reading helps you to think creatively. It is also easier for most people to recognize proper english when they have seen it and been immersed in it often. Read as much as you can. That is my advice.

The current state has been the same since 2007 i felt that job's aren't as easy to get now days,therefore lack of money,social life and the thing you need seem to make people give up or resent Government.I have been out of work for some time,i have seen how people are put down,lied to,crapped on and made to do things there not interested in. Do I really need to use primer in the room I drywalled?

Okay...so I put in new drywall...mudded it as needed a couple of times...sanded...did a final all wall mudding. Did a smooth and careful job. Kind of a utility room and guest bedroom. Most people say use primer before painting..but there seems to be a strong minority position that it is not necessary. I would prefer to just put down a couple of coats of paint. If that is what I end up doing...any suggestions...really super duper paint...or...really...gotta do primer? Thanks for suggestions!
