I have a little cyst growing on my cartilage piercing, please help!?

It may not be a keloid. If you've never gotten a keloid before, it's probably not one. I had a hypertrophic scar on mine after almost 2 years of no problems. Try hot compresses with salt water... it may just be an infection. If that's a no-go, go to a dermatologist. I got mine cut out, but now there's a dent in my ear. =/
