What are the sight and hearing requirements for being a Air Force Aerial Gunner?

I'm 17 and i have two questions 1) my left eye is 20/70 and left is 20/80, and i don't think that is good, so could i get eye surgery or something like that, is it correctable, or is there similar option? 2) most people don't worry about this, but my ears are bad. my right ear is fine, but my left ear is at like half-way capacity. could that keep me from getting the job i want? is it correctable? thank you :)
