Can my company do this?

my company is introducing a new involuntary wellness program. u must participate. if you do not participate you must pay an additional 40 dollars a month in health care premium, even if u don't take their insurance, and therefor have no premium to pay, they will just charge u 10 dollars a week from your check. they also implied that if you are participating in the program in a few years, but are not healthier, you must be lying on the wellness program forms and will be fired for lying.
