A private Christian college education (Biola University)?
What you feel doesn't matter. If your grades and SAT/ACT are high enough to get a full-ride scholarship to Biola, then you don't need their permission or money. If your grades aren't good enough, requiring loans, then they have no obligation to sign loan doents for Biola if they don't want you to go there, and you can't get those loans without their signature until you are 24 years old. If you have the ability to work part-time to earn enough to pay the costs yourself, then you may still choose to go there, but that will still depend on how much financial aid you'll be awarded based on your family's income. By the way, most public universities have christian clubs and other christian students, so you may find that a public university environment that challenges your faith is a better opportunity to prove your faith. Early christians proved their faith by being burned alive, tortured, and being fed to lions for entertainment. Public universities are rather anti-christian, but not to that degree. You can still go to whatever local church you want to attend, without having to hide in catacombs.
