I want to know should I report my fiancee ex for getting food-stamps for my stepson and we take care of him?

full-time she does not call or visit maybe every couple months and if we tell her send the card for her son that she is eating on she makes excuses like they cut her off. Would I be wrong to report or should i let her be?
