Can I follow the catholic religion if I'm also part jewish?

My dad is catholic and my mom is Jewish. I did not have a bar mitzvah because I didn't want one, so basically what I'm saying is I don't like the way in which the jewish religion works(Ex: Jews should marry jews) and it's other beliefs so can I follow my dad's religion of Catholicsm because most of my family who is catholic,have told me about the religion more so then judaism and have brought me to church. Can I do this even though you are suppose to follow your mom's religion?
