How come poor white people aren't criminals?
How come poor white people aren't criminals? Thru the education system, I keep hearing that the reason blacks commit their acts is because they live in poverty, so how come places like west virginia and kentucky, which are neatly all white and are the poorest states in the whole nation, have very little crime?
