Towing and Due Process?

Due Process Clause in the 5th amendment applies to the federal government, due process in the 14th amendment applies to the states. You cann't make a 5th amendment argument because it is impossible to argue that the Federal government here deprived you of due process. The 14th for state action, you cannot argue the law, due process of law is depriviation of life, liberty or property without due process of law. You lost the ability to argue any of that because this is not a state action, and the tow was legal. Holding your car until you pay the fine is legal. You have no shot, pay up or don't, but you go to court with this they will throw you out.
