What law was broken by the nazis during ww II ?

Well it all started in World War 1. After the Germans lost the war, they were in debt to the British and the French mainly, they would loose their African colonies. Then the Nazi's (who only had 5%) came with Hitler as their leader. The Nazis and another party which had 46 or 47% joined forces. This would lead to Hitler becoming Chancellor. Hitler, a world war 1 veteran, thought they did not owe anything to anybody and wanted to rebuild his empire. This led to World War 2. Hitler would lose the war and the German nation were sued for war crime and unpaid debt. But Germany would divide into 2 separate nations.
