Should I move my cat to another house for a few days or leave it at home and ask someone to check on it?

this year i have spent over 6 months in either a hospital or rehab. i fell and broke my ankle. i was so worried about my cat. i had some one come in every day. i am now home and she is fine. cats don't like to leave their homes, they don't like change.
