I'm in a really weird relationship situation. Suggestions?

I'll keep it simple (or at least try to). I dated this girl two years ago. We broke up and she started dating this other guy. I've always told her how special to me and they recently broke up. She recently got kicked out of her home as well (due to a domestic violence case), and is now living with the same ex boyfriend that I just mentioned. I care about her so much and want to be with her and maybe in the near future, live with her. However, it's very strange to be hanging out with her and still hear her tell him she loves him on the phone. I would do anything for this girl, but she always tells me, "i just need you to be there for me". When I say that I am, she never asks anything of me, but her ex instead. I'm just totally mind f'd by the whole situation and just need a little help from the ladies. =] (oh, his scrawny little arsh just came to pick her up and i walked her out in only my shorts and shoes (did a little flex too)) AHHH!
