I found out my husband was cheating and im done with him. He wants me to put him on child support cause he don't want to agree with the amount i need for him to pay. Im looking to find a legal aid lawyer to help me file a divorce. Should i wait to see what the attorney have to say or just put him on child support? Would i be able to get alimony we been together 9 years but married 3?
